Who is Nicole Repanis?
A self-driven, passionate, bubbly individual who considers herself to be a lifelong learner. Sees every opportunity engaging with different individuals as a way to grow and learn from the experience, and maybe even broaden her own perspective on life. Dedicated to her chosen career path, while balancing family time with her loyalty to her clients.
How did NY Consulting come about?
The thought process to start NY Consulting began towards the end of 2021, and the dream was realised in February 2022 when I decided to take the plunge. I felt I had so much more to offer than what I was doing while working for an employer, and needed to spread my wings and explore the opportunity to share my views, opinions and passion with people from a wider net.
Why is consulting your passion?
Consulting provides a more flexible environment, where I can share knowledge and experience with a variety of different companies and industries. I am able to grow and learn throughout the process, upskilling myself in the process, which in turn provides better advice and guidance for other clients. And the more you work, the more you are paid – so it has an upside 😊
